Matthew Swift

Matthew Swift is Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Concord 51 PAC. Matt has a passion for politics that began at a young age. Matthew launched Concord 51 PAC with Scott Caputo in 2011. He is currently based in New York City.

Matthew is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of The Concordia Summit as well as Co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of Legacy Management Group (LMG) with his long time business partner Nicholas Logothetis.  LMG is a boutique management firm for former global leaders.  Prior to his current endeavors, Matthew spent six years at News Corporation working for the Fox News Channel, British Sky Broadcasting and News Corporation’s corporate office. In addition to his work at News Corporation, Matthew has worked for Senator John Warner of Virginia, T. Boone and Madeleine Pickens and the Business Roundtable based in Washington D.C.

Born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, Matthew attended Georgetown University where he majored in Government, specializing in National Security and Intelligence Studies.  While at Georgetown, Matthew studied under President Aleksander Kwasniewski of Poland, Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar of Spain and U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright.  Matthew is a member of the National Press Club Washington D.C. and the Foreign Policy Initiative Leaders Program.

Scott Caputo

Scott P. Caputo serves as an investment representative in private wealth management for a global investment bank in New York. Scott received a B.S. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in 2005 and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Asset Management from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Management in 2011. At Darden, Scott repeatedly met with Co-Founder Matthew Swift about forming an organization that focused on promoting fiscal responsibility, a strong national defense, and energy advancement within the United States. These discussions culminated in the creation of the Concord 51 Political Action Committee. 

Prior to attending business school, Scott was an analyst in the institutional equity sales trading division at Morgan Stanley. Scott served as a sales trader both in Chicago and New York where his responsibilities included covering state pension funds, insurance companies and hedge funds. During his time at Morgan Stanley, Scott also helped co-launch a dedicated small cap sales trading business. Scott was also the Co-Founder and CFO of a high-end men's clothing company based in New York called Sir Drake.
