Concord 51 Supports The Can Kicks Back, Partners with Fix The Debt
Concord 51 (C51), the leading nationwide young professionals (YPs) PAC focused on promoting fiscal responsibility, energy advancement and national defense, fully endorses the efforts of The Can Kicks Back the Millennial outreach partner of The Campaign to Fix The Debt, and is pleased to join the Millennial Leadership Council, the joint committee spearheading outreach to YPs around this critical issue.
Voicing the concerns of YPs – the future leaders of our country – C51 believes that reaching a balanced debtagreement is of the utmost importance to ensure the sustainable operations of our federal government for years to come. Meaningful revenue increases must be coupled with tough spending reforms that guaranty the long-term solvency of our social safety net for future generation.
YOUTH GROUP HOSTS CHRISTMAS PARTY, SUPPORTS FIX THE DEBT CAMPAIGN:Concord 51, a political action committee that consists of young professionals who push for fiscal responsibility, strong national defense and energy advancement, hosted its Christmas party Friday night at Bowery Hotel in Manhattan. Attendees included: Rep. Tom Graves (R-Ga.), NYC Councilman Dan Halloran, Manhattan GOP Chairman Dan Isaacs, National Republican Congressional Committee Northeast Director John Rogers and Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s philanthropy program staffer Adam Lorentzen.
The group is working with young professionals to advocate for a balanced approach to the debt crisis and supports The Can Kicks Back initiative, the millennial outreach partner for theFix the Debt campaign.
